Bare those Shoulders


It would be false to call the popular off-the-shoulder trend new to fashion, however it is safe to announce its return. The off-shoulder top may have originated back in the '80s, but celebrities like Katy Perry have been spotted showing off their shoulders and neckline with this asymmetrical design. Perhaps Katy and all the "California Girls" should check out the Roll Neck Sweater from Rachel Pally's Fall 2010 Collection. This comfortable, yet sexy cashmere knit can be paired with leggings and flats for a casual look or skinny jeans and heels to achieve a dressier look.
